You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

2. Services Overview
AssureSteel Detailing LLC provides professional structural steel detailing services, including:
- SDS-2 3D Modeling
- Shop & Erection Drawings
- Connection Design & Detailing
- CNC / NC (DSTV) Files
- Material Takeoffs & Reports
We work with fabricators, engineers, and contractors across the United States to deliver accurate, fabrication-ready drawings.
3. Project Scope & Client Responsibility
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, drawings, and specifications
- Any changes in scope may result in additional costs and revised timelines
- Approval of drawings is the responsibility of the client and/or project engineer
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client.
4. Pricing & Payments
- All pricing is project-based unless otherwise agreed
- Payment terms (e.g., deposits, milestones, or final payment) will be defined in project agreements
- Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of services
5. Intellectual Property
- All drawings, models, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of AssureSteel Detailing LLC until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for the specific project only
- Redistribution, resale, or reuse for other projects without written consent is prohibited
6. Revisions & Changes
- Reasonable revisions based on original scope are included
- Major design changes, scope changes, or rework requests may be billed additionally
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- AssureSteel Detailing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project
We provide detailing services based on industry standards (AISC), but final engineering responsibility lies with the project engineer.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee:
- Error-free results in all circumstances
- Compatibility with third-party systems or processes
9. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client data and project information. We will not disclose confidential information except:
- With client consent
- When required by law
10. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
- Refuse service if terms are violated
Clients may terminate a project, but payment for completed work will still be required.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
